Oak Hill had two teams compete in a
History competition at the University of Mississippi. The teams member
of Team one were Ross Billington, Morgan Sweeney, Zak Koerner, and Reid
Posey. The team members for team two were Allyn Wamble, Braxton Maclean,
Anne Peyton Suggs, and Max Abner. Team one placed second in their
bracket and Team two placed first in their bracket. Team one placed 5th
overall and team two placed 6th overall out of 27 teams.
Zak Koerner placed first in the
poster/display competition. He was awarded a 6 credit hour tuition
scholarship for the summer session at University of Mississippi.
